Click on the, '86 Questions & Answers' link and you will find many other answers to the same question. If you look at the bottom right of this webpage you will see a header called, 'Similar Knowledge'. However, hundreds (if not thousands) of other people have, and they've be able to work through it. Since I bought the boxed version first, I've never had to deal with this issue.
Since I don't know what you did wrong in the first place (if anything), I can't tell you what you should do next.
